Fishman's Tip

It's always good to keep a fish log each time you go out fishing; this will help you on future trips for years to come. Keeping a log only takes a few minutes when you come in from fishing to fill out a logbook, and the benefits are endless.

A few things to include in your log are:

  • Time and Date of Trip:
  • Water Temperature:
  • Water Clarity:
  • Wind Direction:
  • Tidal Movement:
  • Types of Lures Used That Day
  • Weather Conditions: (Sunny or Cloudy)
